What they need

Employee Relations Manager | Perth, WA

Join us at the beginning.

Goodline has been built on strong relationships, practical decision making and a focus on delivering for our clients. As we've grown, many of our people practices have evolved alongside the business and are closely integrated with our operational and safety functions.

We are now investing in a dedicated Human Resources and Employee Relations capability and are seeking an experienced professional who can help us bring greater structure, consistency and support to our leaders and workforce while preserving the values and culture that have made the business successful.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable working in a business function that is evolving. Someone who can operate autonomously and effectively, who can build relationships quickly, and who enjoys helping shape practical solutions rather than simply maintaining existing processes.

Technical expertise is important, but cultural fit is equally critical. We are a family-owned business with a hands-on leadership team. We are looking for someone who can build credibility from the boardroom to the worksite, who communicates with authenticity, and who brings pragmatism, resilience and a genuine interest in people.

You will bring:

  • Strong Employee Relations experience.
  • Industrial Relations experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working with unions.
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Experience supporting large operational workforces.
  • Confidence dealing directly with senior leaders.
