Employee Relations Officer

Employee Relations:

1. Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
2. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, instances of misconduct, and violations of policy, while ensuring that both fairness and confidentiality are upheld throughout the process.
3. Guide managers and employees on performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace behavior.
4. Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and fairness across the organization.
5. Develop and implement feedback mechanisms.

HR Compliance:

1. Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
2. Monitor changes in labor legislation and update HR policies accordingly.
3. Maintain and audit HR records to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
4. Support internal and external audits related to HR practices.
