Employee Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases in accordance with due process.
• Prepare and issue Notices to Explain (NTE), memoranda, and disciplinary action documents.
• Conduct employee investigations, hearings, and documentation of cases.
• Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, contract renewals, and amendments.
• Administer and safeguard Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and other HR legal documents.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and code of conduct.
• Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records.
• Provide guidance to management and employees on labor relations and compliance matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Legal Management, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in employee relations or labor relations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, due process, and HR documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and conflict-resolution skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
