What you'll be doing

  • Guiding Members through workplace concerns, offering practical advice and representing their interests.
  • Contributing to bargaining discussions and the development of workplace agreements.
  • Reviewing employment conditions, researching industrial issues and assessing potential breaches.
  • Progressing cases in accordance with organisational policies and keeping clear, accurate records.
  • Working with employers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and uphold agreed obligations.

Your strengths will include:

  • Establishing trust and maintaining constructive professional relationships.
  • Preparing well-researched written advice and communicating confidently.
  • Prioritising a varied caseload and meeting deadlines.
