Employee Relations Representative

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve general employee relations issues including grievances, complaints, and disciplinary matters
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Ensure employee relations practices comply with local employment standards and global HR guidelines
• Support audits and reporting requirements related to employee relations
• Partner with HR colleagues to support engagement and retention initiatives
• Facilitate conflict resolution sessions between employees and managers
• Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and accountability
• Align local employee relations practices with global HR initiatives and timelines
• Act as a liaison between local HR and global HR teams to ensure consistency in employee relations strategies

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations
• Strong working knowledge of labor law and employment standards
• Experience handling investigations and disciplinary processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret employee relations data and trends
• Training in conflict resolution, mediation, or employment law is a plus
