Golden Corral Buffet & Grill we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Employee Services Representative to join our vibrant human resources team. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for employees, providing exceptional support across various HR functions. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for employee inquiries related to benefits administration, payroll processing, and HR policies, delivering prompt and accurate assistance.
• Support talent acquisition efforts by assisting with recruiting processes, applicant tracking system (ATS) management, interview scheduling, and onboarding procedures.
• Facilitate employee orientation sessions and coordinate training & development programs to promote professional growth.
• Assist with performance management activities, including employee evaluations and goal setting, to drive engagement and productivity.
• Contribute to HR projects such as change management initiatives, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and organizational design efforts.
• Maintain confidential personnel records and ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations, including FMLA and workers' compensation procedures.
• Utilize HR systems like HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office tools to analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making processes.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices including talent acquisition, workforce management, and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of employment law, HR legal compliance, regulatory requirements, and benefits administration.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels; adept at conflict management and fostering positive relationships.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, UltiPro, Lever, iCIMS, Dayforce, or similar platforms; skilled in data collection and Excel data analysis.
• Experience in HR sourcing strategies using social media management tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating strong organizational design and strategic planning capabilities.

Pay: $22.64 - $27.26 per hour
