Employer Acquisition and Partnerships

• Identify, engage and acquire employers aligned with TalArc’s placement priorities.
• Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Campus Hiring and Business Leaders.
• Drive outbound employer acquisition through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and industry engagements
• Present TalArc’s solutions and convert prospects into active accounts.
• Build partnerships with employers, industry bodies and other ecosystem participants.

Account Management and Growth

• Own employer relationships from onboarding through fulfilment and repeat engagement.
• Generate internship and fresher-hiring mandates with defined requirements.
• Drive account growth through additional hiring opportunities and partnerships.
• Ensure high employer satisfaction and retention.

Placement Collaboration and Market Insights

• Partner with placement operations teams to support fulfilment and closure of mandates.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, account and mandate information in the CRM.
• Share employer feedback, hiring trends and skill-demand insights with internal stakeholders.
