About the Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will work on the frontlines of the Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) program. - Work side-by-side with participants to identify employment roadblocks and implement practical, hands-on solutions.
- Manage ECSN/ESS database entries, maintain staff rosters, handle site logistics, and compile accurate weekly/monthly performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing guidance to candidates transitioning into local jobs to ensure long-term retention.
- Embed deep respect for local cultural practices and family structures into every daily decision while championing workplace safety.
What You Will Bring
- Solid background as an Employment Consultant, Case Manager, Activity Coordinator, or Site Manager within RAES or CDP frameworks.
