Employment Litigation Associate

Employment Litigation Associate Location: Seattle, WA A leading global law firm is seeking a 3rd–6th year Associate to join its Employment Litigation group in Seattle. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile employment disputes, including single plaintiff cases, systemic discrimination matters and wage and hour class actions, within a dynamic and nationally recognised practice.

Associates will gain hands-on experience managing complex matters and working directly with corporate clients on cutting-edge employment issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment litigation matters, including class actions and discrimination claims
• Respond to administrative charges and support regulatory proceedings
• Conduct internal investigations and advise on employment compliance matters
• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs
• Take and defend depositions and appear at hearings
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
• Manage key aspects of litigation strategy and case development

Who You Are

• 3–6 years of litigation experience (employment experience preferred)
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent writing, analytical and communication skills
• Experience taking depositions and handling substantive litigation tasks
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Admitted to the Washington State Bar

Compensation Salary Range: $260,000 – $390,000 (DOE)
