Employment Litigation Associate

Employment Attorney Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Remote or Hybrid Available) Experience: 3+ Years

Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm , is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join its Salt Lake City practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to handle sophisticated employment matters while gaining meaningful client-facing, deposition, hearing, and trial experience within a national platform.

What You'll Work On:

• Handle employment-related litigation matters through various stages of the litigation process
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive filings
• Manage written discovery and conduct legal research
• Take and defend depositions
• Develop case strategy alongside experienced employment litigators
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials
• Work directly with clients throughout the litigation process
• Take on increasing responsibility for matters with limited supervision

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of attorney experience
• Employment law and/or employment litigation experience preferred
• Strong litigation, research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent oral advocacy and persuasive communication abilities
• Ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Strong academic credentials
• Trial experience preferred, but not required
• Active Utah Bar admission required
