Employment Placement Consultant

LINKT To Employment helps local employers find motivated, work-ready talent while supporting jobseekers into sustainable full-time employment. We work alongside employers, jobseekers, MSD, and community partners to create employment outcomes that benefit everyone.

This role is primarily focused on building strong employer relationships, identifying employment opportunities, and matching candidates to suitable vacancies. You'll also support our LINKT Manager to help jobseekers build confidence, become work-ready, and successfully transition into employment.

What you'll be doing

• Building relationships with employers across Tauranga and the Western Bay

• Identifying current and future employment opportunities

• Matching suitable candidates to employer vacancies

• Helping employers access government support and funding opportunities

• Supporting jobseekers to prepare for interviews and employment and succeed in their employment journey

• Working alongside employers and jobseekers to achieve successful long-term outcomes

• Share in LINKT meeting its employment achievement

Experience that could help
