EMT / First Aid Technician ( live in San Diego is REQUIRED )

compensation: $27.00-$29.00

based on experience employment type: full-time ONLY APPLICANTS, 40 hours per week | overtime opportunity, as well.

Join our Team and help champion our effort to provide Quality First Aid Care while promoting Safety at the workplace (occupational setting). In this role, the First Aid Technician while being mobile delivers efficient and immediate care to ill / injured employees at the workplace. The role will also include working @ a job site along side safety professionals. While providing excellent customer service. The Technician must also possess the ability to develop relationships with the client and contractors. Breath alcohol and/or drug screening @ the job site will be conducted, by the technician. Presenting health and wellness topics will be part of the role, as well. This can be a great opportunity to help grow your interpersonal skills in group settings.

Required Skills/Certificates

*3 years EMT and Certified First Responder skills, with CPR, First Aid (VALID)

*Demonstrate ability to effectively manage and build relationships within complex networks
*Outstanding Customer Service Skills
*Strong results orientation and ability to prioritize efforts towards key results
*Strengths in collaboration with team
*Possess the basic understanding of stress response and methods to ensure personal well‐being

*Reliability and dependable person

*Has an understanding of body substance isolation
*Understands basic medical care and principles

*Abilty to use electronics without hesitation

*Functions within the scope of care as defined by state, regional and local regulatory agencies

Employment offers are contingent upon a negative drug test and a satisfactory background check including criminal records. A SAFE Driving record must be obtained

*Certified Drug Collector
*Certified Breath Alcohol Technician

*OSHA30 certificate

*CPR/AED Instructor certification

*Respiratory spirometry,/Fit test/respiratory training
