Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EMT Nurse to join our healthcare team, where you will play a vital role in delivering critical medical care and ensuring patient safety within a dynamic environment. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of occupational health, managing emergency situations with precision, and providing comprehensive medical screening services. The successful candidate will leverage their clinical expertise to support industrial health programs, conduct thorough health assessments, and stabilize patients during trauma or acute medical events, ensuring seamless coordination with medical teams and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health risk assessments and administer industrial health programs tailored to organizational needs.
• Perform specialized testing protocols, including hearing, vision, and lung function evaluations, to monitor employee well-being.
• Execute emergency response procedures, focusing on trauma care, patient stabilization, and immediate medical intervention.
• Monitor vital signs, manage airways, and perform ECGs while maintaining strict adherence to safety and clinical standards.
• Facilitate effective collaboration among team members, utilizing strong decision-making skills to navigate complex medical scenarios.
• Apply Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes during critical incidents.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within emergency or occupational health contexts.
• Proven proficiency in Occupational Health, Medical Screening, and the implementation of Industrial Health Programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in Hearing, Vision, and Lung Function Testing procedures.
• Strong capabilities in Effective Communication, Teamwork, and rapid Decision-Making under pressure.
• Extensive background in Emergency Response, Trauma Care, and Patient Stabilization techniques.
• Skilled in performing ECGs, Airway Management, and continuous Vital Signs Monitoring.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
