Enablon Development Professional

For our client, we are seeking a Enablon Development Professional to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $122,000 – $184,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy solutions within Enablon application
• Build and maintain custom SQL views for reporting
• Act as a subject matter expert for software solutions development
• Lead software development projects throughout the lifecycle
• Gather and document business requirements, providing estimates for changes
• Coordinate development activities with other teams and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to implement solutions in various business areas

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and creating SQL objects
• Familiarity with multiple development languages and platforms
• Knowledge of all aspects of the software development lifecycle
• Experience directing and training project team members
• Strong ability to interact, advise, and communicate effectively
