Encapsulation Machine Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various machinery and equipment, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires mechanical knowledge, precision, and a commitment to quality control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to set up machines accurately.
• Conduct regular quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, thickness gauges, and precision scales.
• Perform basic maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for efficient production flow.
• Handle materials safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols in the manufacturing facility.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
• Assist in the fabrication of components using hand tools and welding techniques when necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in machining processes.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments.
• Experience with quality control processes to ensure product standards are met.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, along with skills in packaging and tooling.
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when required.
