Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and someone who takes pride in doing things right? Do you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and working with a team that values accountability and continuous improvement?
Mineralife Nutraceuticals is looking for an Encapsulator Operator who takes ownership of their work, has strong mechanical aptitude, and is motivated to help our manufacturing team succeed. We're looking for someone who brings initiative, reliability, and a commitment to quality—not just someone who knows how to operate a machine.
About Mineralife Nutraceuticals
Mineralife is a growing nutraceutical manufacturer committed to quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We offer third-party certified cGMP manufacturing, custom supplement manufacturing, and white label nutritional supplement services. We value accountability, curiosity, and teamwork—and we invest in people who want to grow with us.
What You'll Do
As an Encapsulator Operator, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality nutritional supplements. You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining our encapsulation equipment while supporting an efficient, safe, and quality-focused manufacturing environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Equipment Operation: Set up, calibrate, operate, troubleshoot, and clean automatic and semi-automatic encapsulation equipment.
- Quality & Compliance: Follow batch production records, SOPs, cGMP requirements, and FDA regulations while maintaining accurate production documentation.
- Troubleshooting: Identify equipment issues, make appropriate adjustments, and communicate maintenance needs to minimize downtime.
- Production Efficiency: Monitor equipment performance, meet production expectations, and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve processes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control to maintain product quality and meet production schedules.
- Cross-Training: Support blending, weighing, packaging, and other manufacturing operations as needed.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically minded, and comfortable taking initiative. The right person can balance production efficiency with attention to detail and understands that quality is never something we compromise.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience operating encapsulation equipment or comparable manufacturing machinery, preferably in dietary supplement manufacturing.
- Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment or demonstrated knowledge of regulated manufacturing practices.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot routine equipment issues.
- Basic mathematical skills, including measurements, decimals, and ratios.
- Ability to follow written procedures, complete accurate documentation, and maintain an organized workstation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing production priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating automatic or semi-automatic capsule-filling equipment.
- Familiarity with FDA dietary supplement regulations, including 21 CFR Part 111.
- Experience with equipment changeovers, calibration, preventive maintenance, or mechanical troubleshooting.
- Experience with blending, weighing, encapsulation, or packaging in a dietary supplement manufacturing environment.

- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time
- 401(k) with company match after one year of employment
- Four-week paid sabbatical after five years of full-time employment
- Consistent daytime schedule with every other Friday off
- Opportunities for cross-training, professional development, and advancement
- Collaborative, growth-focused work environment
What Success Looks Like
At Mineralife, success is about more than meeting production numbers. It's about taking ownership of your equipment, maintaining high standards, communicating proactively, and being someone your teammates can count on.
We value employees who look for solutions, take initiative, and want to continually improve. As our company grows, we want our employees to grow with us.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
