Enclosure / Anodizing Team Leader

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree, Technical/Vocational course, or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, metal finishing, anodizing, surface treatment, or a related industry.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in mobile phone repair, refurbishment, electronics manufacturing, or similar operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of anodizing, surface finishing, enclosure processing, or metal treatment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with production quality standards and basic problem-solving techniques.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Position Summary

The Enclosure / Anodizing Team Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the Enclosure and Anodizing team involved in the repair and refurbishment of mobile devices. The role ensures that all enclosure-related processes are completed efficiently, safely, and according to established quality standards and production targets.

The Team Leader will oversee team members, monitor production output, ensure proper handling of materials and equipment, identify quality issues, and coordinate with other departments to support smooth production flow.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
