Encoder & 201 Custodian

The purpose of Encoder & 201 Custodian is to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employees’ latest records. To encode employee information in the Personnel Information System (PIS) and keep all individual 201 files safe.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

· At least college graduate

· Working experience on the same field is an advantage

· Speed and completeness in typing

· Computer literate and proficient with e-mail applications

· Strong attention to detail, focus and ability to follow standard operating procedures

· Communication skills both oral and written

· Ability to manage time wisely, multi-task and work in a team environment

· Understanding of safekeeping, monitoring and record keeping requirements

· High level of integrity and confidentiality
