Encoder

Responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in the company's systems and databases. This role ensures that all records are complete, consistent, and reliable, supporting business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

➤ Enter, update, and verify data in the company system, specifically Purchase and Job Orders including inventory actual physical count

➤ Review source documents for accuracy before encoding.

➤ Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

➤ Generate reports and summaries from encoded data when required.

➤ Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors.

➤ Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely submission of documents.

➤ File and organize physical and electronic records for easy retrieval.

➤ Assist in administrative tasks related to documentation and record-keeping, including maintaining manual books of accounting.
