• Previous experience as an encoder is an advantage but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
• Check information for completeness and accuracy before encoding.
• Update and maintain records.
• Generate reports and retrieve information as needed.
• Maintain the confidentiality of company and client information.
