About the role

This position is primarily focused on encoding and data-related tasks. Training will be provided for the use of Pancake and other company systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Encode and update data accurately and efficiently using company systems and tools
• Input customer and order information into the designated system
• Review encoded information to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist in organizing and maintaining records and data
• Coordinate with the team regarding data, customer orders, and other related concerns
• Perform other administrative and encoding tasks as assigned
• Follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality of company and customer information

Qualifications

• Computer literate and comfortable using basic computer applications
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Can work efficiently with minimal supervision
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates and applicants without experience are welcome to apply
• Experience in e-commerce, customer service, or using Pancake is an advantage but not required
• Willing to undergo training on the company's systems and processes
