About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Encoder to join our Administration & Office Support team on a full-time basis in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our business data by performing data entry and word processing tasks. Your work will directly support the smooth operation of our business functions and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Entering data accurately and efficiently into computer systems and databases from various source documents.
• Performing word processing tasks including document creation, formatting, and editing.
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive business information.
• Verifying data accuracy and completeness before submission and processing.
• Organizing and storing data in designated systems and folders according to company procedures.
• Preparing reports and documents as required by management.
• Meeting daily and weekly data entry targets whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Communicating with other team members to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in data entry and word processing roles.
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
• Reliable communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Understanding of data confidentiality and information security practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
