• Responsible for the complete and timely scanning, encoding, and uploading of seafarer 201 files.
• Ensure authenticity, completeness, and validity of documents being uploaded into the system
• Maintain updated and complete 201 files in the required system/application.
• Responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data. And will uphold the rights of the data subject as defined in the DPA

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4 years course

• With experience in encoding, scanning, and uploading of documents

• Computer literate

• Can start ASAP
