Encoder

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Encoder to assist in encoding, updating, and maintaining accurate company records and data. This position is open to fresh graduates. Previous encoding or administrative experience is an advantage but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encode and input data accurately into company systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Review and verify encoded information for accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and maintain digital and/or physical records.
• Update existing records and ensure information is properly documented.
• Assist in preparing reports, lists, and other documents as needed.
• Check data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and make necessary corrections.
• Perform filing, sorting, and other basic administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Open to fresh graduates and entry-level applicants.
• Previous experience in data entry, encoding, administrative work, or a similar role is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organized, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Can work independently and follow instructions.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
