What they need
- Encode applicant information, personal details, and employment records into the company's database and tracking systems.
- Maintain accurate and updated applicant records, including qualifications, work experience, and application status.
- Monitor and check the status of applicants throughout the recruitment and deployment process.
- Follow up with recruitment officers regarding pending applications, incomplete requirements, interview results, and deployment updates.
- Update applicant records whenever changes occur in their application or deployment status.
- Encode and organize recruitment documents, including resumes, application forms, and other required employment documents.
- Verify encoded information against submitted documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Track outstanding applicant requirements and coordinate with the Recruitment Department regarding missing or incomplete documents.
- Prepare applicant status reports, deployment lists, and other recruitment-related records as requested.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical applicant files for easy retrieval and reference.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of applicant information and company records.
- Perform other administrative and data-entry tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
