Job Responsibilities – Reports and Orders Encoder

• Encode daily orders, reports, and other relevant information accurately into the company’s system or database.
• Review and verify encoded data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Prepare, update, and maintain reports and order records for monitoring and documentation.
• Monitor order details and ensure all information is properly recorded and updated.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy retrieval and reference.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to clarify discrepancies or missing information in reports and orders.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
• Ensure the timely encoding and submission of reports and orders.
• Maintain the confidentiality of company records and other sensitive information.
• Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
