Encoder

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Encoder to support our Accounting Department in encoding, verifying, and maintaining accounting documents and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Encode accounting documents, including invoices, official receipts, vouchers, and other supporting financial documents.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of encoded information against source documents.
• Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital copies of accounting records.
• Assist in sorting and consolidating accounting documents for processing and recording.
• Monitor and track submitted documents and follow up on missing or incomplete requirements.
• Coordinate with the Accounting team regarding discrepancies or inconsistencies in documents.
• Ensure the confidentiality and proper handling of financial records.
• Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Financial Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling numerical data.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information.
• Willing to learn and able to meet deadlines.
