You’ll be handling measurements, product codes, and technical details that directly affect how each lens is made.

What You’ll Do:

• Encode customer and lens specifications into the system accurately and completely.
• Cross-check optical details—measurements, grades, frame codes, and orders—before processing.
• Coordinate with production and customer service teams to clarify incomplete or unclear entries.
• Handle order updates, inquiries, and corrections with care and accuracy.
• Maintain organized digital and paper records to ensure traceability of every transaction.

Who You Are:

• You may not have a college degree, and that’s perfectly fine—we care about skill and accuracy, not titles.
• You’ve worked in optical, medical, or other technical encoding fields (like lab data entry, pharmacy, or diagnostics).
• You’re comfortable handling numerical or measurement data.
• You double-check your work before submitting and can spot small inconsistencies fast.
• You’re steady under pressure and stay focused even when the data pile looks endless.
