Encoder – Order Management / Logistics (Under Agency)

Fagokho Corporation is a multi-brand company in the food and restaurant industry, managing and supporting various well-known dining concepts, including Ramen Nagi, Nagi Izakaya, Hakata Ton-ichi, Tendon Akimitsu, and Inosho.

Job Summary

The Encoder will be responsible for accurate data entry, order processing, documentation, and updating of operational records. This role will work closely with the Warehouse, Logistics, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.

Candidates with experience as an Encoder, Data Entry Specialist, Order Management Assistant, Logistics Assistant, Warehouse Encoder, Inventory Assistant, or similar roles are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Encode and update orders, inventory, deliveries, and logistics-related data.
• Process and maintain order forms, delivery documents, inventory records, and reports.
• Check data and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and update order and delivery status.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Prepare and maintain daily or periodic reports.
• Perform filing, documentation, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in encoding, data entry, order processing, order management, logistics, warehouse, inventory, or administrative support.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP, inventory, warehouse, or order management systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and accurate when handling data and documents.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work under deadlines and handle high-volume data entry.
• Willing to work onsite in Bangkal, Makati City.
• F&B, retail, distribution, warehouse, or logistics experience is an advantage.

Employment Arrangement

This is an agency-hired position, with employment through one of our accredited manpower agencies and deployment to Fagokho Corporation.
