Encoder / QA Assistance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Encoder / QA Assistant to support our Quality Assurance team. The role involves accurate data encoding, documentation, and assisting in inspection processes to ensure product quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately encode inspection results, production data, and reports into the system
• Maintain and organize QA documents, records, and files
• Assist QA personnel in inspection of parts and materials
• Prepare reports and documentation for quality control
• Ensure all encoded data is correct and updated on time
• Coordinate with production and QA team regarding inspection status
• Support daily QA operations and other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any related course (Engineering or Technical course is an advantage)
• With or without experience (experience in QA or encoding is a plus)
• Knowledge in basic MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Keen on details and organized
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php600.00 per day
