Encoder/Utility Staff

The Encoder & Utility Staff is responsible for ensuring accurate data encoding, orderly patient flow, maintaining clinic cleanliness and logistical readiness. You assist the clinical team and support during community outreach activities. This role is essential for clinic efficiency, service quality, and compliance with PhilHealth YAKAP program requirements.

Qualification:

• College-level or College Graduate preferred.
• Basic computer skills (typing, MS Office, encoding).
• Ability to work with diverse communities and high-volume patient loads. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Physically able to lift and transport equipment (up to 20kg).
• Willing to travel for community outreach (urban & GIDA).
