End-Dump Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate end-dump trucks efficiently to transport materials such as gravel, dirt, or debris across construction sites
• Safely load and unload materials using heavy equipment like excavators, loaders, backhoes, dozers, graders, and water trucks
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of trucks and equipment to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
• Coordinate with site supervisors to determine delivery schedules and routes
• Assist with basic maintenance and mechanical checks on trucks and related machinery
• Support other heavy equipment operations including horizontal drilling, tanker handling, paving, and grading tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, inspections, and maintenance activities

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Proven experience operating dump trucks in construction or similar environments
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations and safety protocols
• Ability to operate additional equipment like horizontal drills or paving machinery is a plus
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
