Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows 10/11 desktop and laptop environments.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, deployment, enrollment, and lifecycle management.
• Configure and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and Exchange Online.
• Support Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for Business services.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, application deployment, and configuration profiles.
• Deploy and manage devices using Windows Autopilot.
• Administer Entra ID (Azure AD), including user, group, and access management.
• Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and security posture.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
• Provide L2/L3 support for endpoint-related incidents and service requests.
• Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
