End User Computing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to end users for desktop engineering issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware issues and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Develop and maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC) or similar field.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
