End User Support – Banking Sector | 2–3 Years of Experience| Bahraini National
- Provide technical support to end users, resolving hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, desktops, laptops, and banking applications.
- Manage user accounts, access requests, password resets, and IT service tickets.
- Monitor and resolve incidents within SLA requirements, escalating complex issues when required.
- Support IT deployments, system upgrades, and asset management.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and banking policies while maintaining high-quality user support.
