What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end users through phone, email, or in-person visits for desktop-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems with laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install operating systems (OS) on new devices and configure Outlook email clients.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support or related field.
- Strong knowledge of desktop support principles and practices.
- Proficiency in installing OS installations and configuring Outlook configuration settings.
