End User Support Senior Engineer

The challenge is to:

• Handle complex, high-impact, or sensitive end user issues escalated from engineers
• Perform in‑depth troubleshooting across endpoint platforms, applications, and integrated systems
• Identify underlying root causes of recurring incidents and implement durable corrective actions
• Lead improvements in processes, tools, documentation, and automation for end user support
• Provide technical input into standards, configurations, and endpoint lifecycle decisions
• Act as a subject matter expert during system rollouts, upgrades, or change initiatives
• Partner with infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams to resolve cross‑domain issues
• Manage incidents and service requests through to resolution, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and root‑cause considerations where applicable
• Regularly review service performance, operational practices, and recurring issues to identify opportunities for improvement and increased service effectiveness

Do you have experience as an End User Support Senior Engineer?

Required Skills

• Practical experience in systems administration and supporting a multi-site network
• Hands-on Active Directory (user/computer/group management) plus infrastructure understanding (servers/switches)
• Solid networking knowledge (LAN/WAN) and network device administration concepts
• Strong troubleshooting breadth across Windows/M365/Exchange Admin/connectivity/peripherals
• Ability to work independently and partner with vendors when needed
• Advanced Windows + O365 knowledge and advanced troubleshooting/investigation
• Advanced ITSM tools and ITIL knowledge
• Handling intermediate OS updates/upgrades/builds
• Implementing Microsoft security standards and hands on experience to Microsoft Intune and Patch Management
• Perform vulnerability remediation in workstations
