Throne Solutions is looking for an experienced End User Support Specialist to provide on-site technical support for an enterprise client in Brisbane.

Key Skills Required:

* L2 Desk-Side / End User Support

* Windows 10 & Windows 11 troubleshooting

* Laptop, desktop, monitor, dock & peripheral support

* Hardware & OS break-fix

* IMACD activities

* ServiceNow / ITSM ticket management

* Active Directory & endpoint support

* LAN, Wi-Fi & VPN troubleshooting

* Video conferencing & AV support

* Asset management and device deployment

* Strong customer service & communication skills

Ideal Candidate:

Engineers with hands-on experience in enterprise desktop/EUC support who are comfortable working independently in an on-site environment.
