𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: Endocrinology Advisor

Fruit Street Health is seeking an experienced Endocrinology Advisor to provide clinical and strategic guidance for our virtual chronic disease management platform. This opportunity is ideal for endocrinologists with expertise in diabetes, obesity medicine, thyroid disorders, metabolic disease, osteoporosis, hormone disorders, digital therapeutics, remote patient monitoring, healthcare AI, or healthcare innovation.

As an Endocrinology Advisor, you will provide clinical insight to support the development of virtual care programs, digital health products, patient engagement strategies, and evidence-based treatment pathways. You will collaborate with leadership to ensure our technology and clinical programs align with current best practices while improving patient outcomes and expanding access to specialty care.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Provide clinical and strategic guidance on diabetes management, obesity treatment, metabolic disorders, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, hormone disorders, continuous glucose monitoring, digital health, healthcare AI, and virtual endocrinology care.

• Advise Fruit Street Health on clinical protocols, patient engagement strategies, remote monitoring programs, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based care pathways.

• Support product development by providing feedback on clinical workflows, physician usability, patient experience, digital therapeutics, and healthcare technology.

• Share subject matter expertise on current endocrine clinical guidelines, value-based care, chronic disease prevention, and emerging technologies relevant to endocrinology.

• Participate in periodic advisory meetings and provide practical recommendations based on your clinical expertise and real-world experience.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• MD or DO with experience practicing endocrinology.

• Board certification or board eligibility in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism preferred.

• Experience in diabetes care, obesity medicine, thyroid disorders, metabolic disease, hormone disorders, digital health, remote patient monitoring, healthcare AI, telemedicine, healthcare innovation, or clinical leadership preferred.

• Strong understanding of chronic disease management, clinical workflows, physician adoption, patient engagement, quality improvement, and virtual care delivery.

• Ability to commit approximately 1–2 hours per month to advisory board participation and strategic advisory activities.
