Join Our Specialty Team

Lago Vista Family Dentistry is seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Endodontist to join our growing practice on a part-time basis. This opportunity is ideal for a traveling specialist looking to supplement an existing schedule while working alongside a collaborative team in a modern, family-oriented dental practice.

With a strong internal referral base and a commitment to comprehensive patient care, you'll have the opportunity to provide much-needed specialty services while enjoying the flexibility of a low-commitment schedule.

What You'll Do

As our Endodontic Specialist, you will:

• Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries affecting the dental pulp and surrounding tissues
• Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, and other endodontic procedures
• Evaluate and manage dental pain and endodontic emergencies
• Collaborate closely with our general dentists to provide comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and post-operative expectations
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences with a focus on comfort, communication, and quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Endodontic Residency Program
• Active Texas Dental License in good standing
• Current DEA registration
• Professional malpractice coverage
• Excellent clinical, communication, and patient management skills
• Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and clinical excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Own endodontic equipment and instruments preferred
• Experience working as a traveling or contract specialist
• Comfortable practicing independently while integrating seamlessly with an established team
• Strong referral communication and case presentation skills
