Endpoint Infrastructure Engineer (SCCM/Intune)

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Consultant to support and manage enterprise endpoint environments using SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, and Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM.

In this role, you will be responsible for endpoint operations, application deployment, OS servicing, patch management, vulnerability remediation, troubleshooting, and automation while ensuring a secure and reliable end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Workspace ONE environments.
• Deploy applications, patches, and operating system updates.
• Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and service availability.
• Support vulnerability remediation and security initiatives.
• Troubleshoot endpoint and deployment issues.
• Participate in incident management and major incident resolution.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and operational runbooks.
• Drive continuous process improvement and AI-enabled operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on SCCM/MECM administration experience.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Intune administration experience.
• Experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management, application deployment, and patching operations.
• Hands-on PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience working within ITIL/ITSM environments (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with AI tools and automation initiatives.
• Strong focus on operational excellence, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Shift Schedule: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Nightshift)
