Endpoint Integration Consultant

Location: Client sites across the United States

Travel: Up to 80%

Position Overview

We are seeking an Endpoint Integration Consultant to support healthcare technology implementations. This client-facing role focuses on endpoint readiness, testing, documentation, and go-live support while coordinating with implementation teams, technical stakeholders, and client leadership.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills, experience supporting healthcare technology implementations, and familiarity with endpoint devices and printer workflows. Candidates with current or previous clearance are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onsite connectivity testing, workflow testing, hardware readiness assessments, and end-user device reviews.
• Validate endpoint and peripheral readiness, support clinical workflow testing, and troubleshoot device and printer issues.
• Maintain and publish integration tracking documentation weekly, increasing to daily updates during final readiness activities through go-live.
• Complete required project documentation, maintain issue lists, and prepare build audit reports.
• Build, modify, troubleshoot, and audit print queues.
• Develop schedules for onsite events and coordinate activities across implementation teams.
• Participate in technical solution discussions, facilitate workshops, and deliver maintenance training.
• Communicate readiness status, risks, issues, and next steps to project stakeholders.
• Support cutover and go-live activities, including issue tracking and resolution.
• Manage competing priorities across concurrent client engagements and submit timesheets and expense reports promptly.
• Follow corporate and client security policies to safeguard systems, information, and assets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting healthcare technology implementations, endpoint integration, device readiness, or client-facing technical consulting.
• Current or previous clearance.
• Familiarity with printers, print queues, scanners, workstations, clinical devices, and healthcare endpoint workflows.
• Experience coordinating testing, readiness reviews, cutover, or go-live activities.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience maintaining detailed project documentation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate client workshops and training.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced implementation environment.

Work Expectations

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% to client sites across the United States.
• Availability to work additional or irregular hours as project needs require and applicable regulations permit.
