Endpoint Management Engineer (Intune & SCCM)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Endpoint Management Engineer to join a team responsible for delivering, supporting, and continuously improving enterprise workplace and endpoint management services. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern Microsoft technologies, manage large-scale endpoint environments, and contribute to the design and implementation of workplace solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a 3rd Level Support Expert for workplace and endpoint services.
• Manage the integration, testing, documentation, and deployment of software packages.
• Perform Build, Run, and Operational activities within Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/SCCM) and Microsoft Intune environments, including Operating System Deployment and MDM/MAM solutions.
• Support the integration, validation, and documentation of client hardware solutions.
• Implement projects and actively participate in operational and governance boards.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned Workplace Services and ensure high service quality standards.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and support onboarding and training of new team members.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience working with Microsoft endpoint and workplace technologies.
• Strong knowledge of: Windows 11, Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/SCCM), Microsoft Azure
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise workplace solutions.
• In-depth understanding of endpoint management, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and client infrastructure.
• Good scripting skills, particularly with PowerShell and other automation technologies.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Structured and self-organized working style with excellent communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft certifications related to Endpoint Management, Modern Workplace, Azure, or Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise endpoint environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Server Operating Systems and advanced networking concepts.
• Experience working in customer-facing environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• German language skills are considered an advantage but are not required.
