Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, JAMF, MobileIron/Ivanti, Windows Endpoint Management, macOS, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, Windows Autopilot, WSUS, Device Compliance, Software Deployment, Patch Management, MDM, and Endpoint Security. Experience in incident/problem management, service health, operational reporting, stakeholder management, endpoint governance, automation, and continuous improvement is highly preferred.
