Endpoint Security Administrator

Required Skill and Experience

• Tanium: Need to work on multiple modules, including: Comply, Deploy, and Patch.

• Tanium weekly releases: Comply with the new release, understand the impact of each release carefully, and follow up on implementation and complications.

• Tanium Customer support: Ensuring business continuity, the administrator needs to ensure platform availability. Provide support to business users of the Tool.

• Tanium compliance: Weekly and quarterly compliance reports to ensure adherence to policies and readiness for any spontaneous Audits.

• Tanium documentation: Continuous update to all SOPs and training materials for support personnel.

• CrowdStrike: Provide support and ensure the platform complies with relevant policies.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• CrowdStrike Troubleshooting: Find the root cause analysis and provided complete reports to the business.

• CrowdStrike Compliance: Dashboards and reports for current compliance on weekly and quarterly periods or on demand as needed.

• CrowdStrike Support and documentation: Provide support to all business affiliates and ensure sufficient privileges to perform required duties. SOPs are reviewed and updated as needed to ensure full compliance with platform changes and updates.
