Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Security, IT Infrastructure, Endpoint Security, or a related area.
• Good understanding of:
• Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)
• Extended Detection & Response (XDR)
• Antivirus & Anti-Malware Solutions
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Device Control
• Patch Management
• Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily operations of Endpoint Security solutions.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting activities related to endpoint security.
• Perform deployment, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of endpoint security tools.
• Coordinate with internal users, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve security-related issues.
• Investigate and follow up on security findings affecting endpoint devices.
• Prepare operational reports, documentation, and security recommendations.
• Ensure endpoint security controls are operating effectively and in compliance with security standards.
