What you'll do

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, helping clients optimize and modernize their trading capabilities. You will:

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Analyze and improve front-to-back trading processes, from trade capture to risk, settlements, invoicing, and reporting.
• Support ETRM platform implementations, upgrades, migrations, and transformation programmes.
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders across trading, operations, risk, and technology teams.
• Contribute to testing, data migration, business readiness, and operational improvements.
• Manage delivery priorities, risks, dependencies, and enhancement backlogs.

Skills & Experience Required

• 6+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Technology Delivery, Consulting, or related roles.
• Strong experience within Commodity or Energy Trading environments.
• Hands-on experience with ETRM platforms, ideally OpenLink Endur.
• Understanding of front-to-back trading processes and risk management.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder workshops, and end-to-end delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Nice to Have

• Deep Endur expertise.
• Experience delivering platform upgrades, migrations, cloud transformations, or greenfield implementations.
• Knowledge of Gas, Power, LNG, Environmental Products, Oil, or Refined Products trading.
• Exposure to Data & AI solutions within trading environments.
