Energy & Water Programs Manager

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Own efficiency and resource programs: energy performance, water stewardship, and the heat-reuse partnership with neighboring industry.

What you'll do:

• Track and report PUE/WUE-class performance metrics
• Manage the industrial heat-reuse and shared-utilities interface with neighboring campus operators
• Identify and execute efficiency projects
• Support sustainability reporting and community communication
• Coordinate with utility programs and incentives

What you'll bring:

• 7+ years progressive experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical operations
• Track record building and leading teams through commissioning and early operations
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay range: $110,000 – $140,000 per year
