Role Description

We are looking for an Energy & Projects Associate to join our team in the Greater Kolkata Area.

This is a broad, hands-on role covering energy, project development, strategy, technical analysis, commercial evaluation, and execution. You will work closely with the founding team, engineers, consultants, customers, vendors, and project partners.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Researching and evaluating new energy and infrastructure opportunities.
• Supporting solar, power, and renewable-energy project development.
• Conducting technical and commercial feasibility analysis.
• Building financial models, presentations, proposals, and project reports.
• Coordinating with engineers, EPCs, vendors, customers, and consultants.
• Supporting site surveys, project execution, procurement, and project management.
• Researching regulations, tariffs, PPAs, and energy-market developments.
• Helping the leadership team evaluate new businesses and strategic opportunities.
• Taking ownership of projects and solving problems from concept through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel and presentation skills.
• Interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to learn quickly and work across technical and commercial areas.
• Strong ownership and willingness to take on different responsibilities.
• Comfortable working on-site in Kolkata and travelling to project sites when required.

Experience in renewable energy, solar, power, consulting, EPC, project development, or startups is a plus.
