What they need
About the role
Be responsible for delivery support of PV and energy storage products in Thailand, provide technical support and solution support for technical troubleshooting, project delivery and O&M of Thai PV & energy storage projects.
Key responsibilities
- Handle major issues of PV and energy storage related products, coordinate fault localization and customer communication
- Compile, review and execute major operation plans for PV and energy storage systems
- Improve customer satisfaction and ensure smooth project delivery
- Collect serviceability requirements for energy storage products to enhance product maintainability
- Provide skill training for onsite representatives on PV and energy storage related products
About you
- Bachelor's degree or above in electrical power engineer, electrical engineer, and other related majors, with working experience in communications
- Experience in energy storage or related fields is preferred
- Interested in engineering service work and able to travel on business
- Good team communication and coordination skills, with strong business planning and execution capabilities
- English can be used as working language; passing the company's job English assessment is required
- Thai language communication is a must
